Most States require test takers should be at least 18, withdrawn from the secondary school for a certain period of time and not high school graduate, but needs will differ from one State to another and sometimes depends on the circumstances. For example, many states have lower minimum-age test-taking requirements for people currently enrolled in the military. Search for online GED prep courses. Take practice tests. To gauge your mastery of the subjects and familiarize yourself with the format, it is recommended that you take the GED test.
