Sorry for the late reply and thanks!
I used Macromedia Fireworks MX to make and the lines going across the pictures are textures and it comes with Fireworks. =)

Ahaha, came back a little too late. xD I found out how and its working out for me in photoshop 7.

hmm.. I've never heard of the program you use.
