Okay, so I'll put here something that helps you giving comments to fics.

1. Do not quote too much. Nobody can't read just things that has been quoted.

2. Say more than "good". Give good comments about characters, storyline and all.

3. Also negative comments are allowed, but you have to be considerate about that. Say it kindly, and say also something good.

4. Be brave about giving comments. Nobody eats you ^^
